from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. That’s why were the top-producing group in the largest real estate firm in downtown Denver. We chose
to work with David and his team because we needed someone who could help us
along throughout the whole process and who we could trust we feel comfortable with because buying a home is a really intimidating experience. When you meet
David and his team, it’s really clear that you’re working with incredibly kind
really smart people that just know the ins and outs of Denver real estate. We
immediately felt super comfortable and taken care of. The purchase of a home
can be a stressful complicated and emotional process. Buying a home should

make a decision that was right for our family. When we purchased our home, we
felt so confident in the decision and have spent every day in this house being

business. I always joke with David and his team that I’m one of their very best

dependable and that he’s smart. He actually found a place that wasn’t even listed. We work relentlessly on behalf of our clients. We’re out on a daily basis showing properties, writing offers, and putting buyers under contract. In 2018 we showed buyers over 1,300 houses. We constantly have our fingers on the pulse of the competitive Denver real estate market, and, as a result, we know what a
good deal looks like and how to make it happen for our clients. Our deep
