Explaining Former Cabin Rental Duplex Property (Case Study) | BRRRR Strategy Real Estate Investing

hey all it’s James and we’re back here on this rainy Kentucky day and I’m going to show you our newest project. So this is our cabin duplex and I’m calling it a cabin because you can see here these great, great wood beams that are in here in the living room as these are really awesome. So this is a three-bedroom two-bath each side around 1,500 square feet duplex. So we’re gonna look at one side here that’s vacant right now. You can see it needs a major trash out. So they left us this nice little TV console it’s gonna be fun to get rid of. You know…

    – Hey everybody, Richard Robbins here. Well the numbers are in for the Vancouver Real Estate Board. Let’s have a look at what’s going on. Here’s what I’m gonna share with you. First of all, I’m gonna share what’s happened through 2019. We’ll look at sales, listings, months of inventory. Then I wanna get into what happened September, over September of last year in terms of sales, and benchmark price. Got some good news there in terms of sales. Then what I’ve done is I’ve broken it down, and I’m gonna show you what’s happened to the price, the benchmark price of detached condos, and townhouses that are attached, and…

Denver Real Estate Market Analysis Tour

(jazz music) – [David] Just arrived at DIA – Denver International Airport. We’re in Green Valley Ranch right now looking at one of our developments. It broke ground about a month ago. What’s interesting here is the train line connecting this entire area anchored by the airport west of here, was just completed and operational 90 days ago. And what you can see as we walk through this neighborhood, is they’re literally building 50 to 100 homes every three months. The demand is off the charts. Once we’re done touring our development site here, we’re going to head to the Anschutz medical district. From there we’re going to head to…

    Zillow Offers Testimonial: Tania

We were living in Glendale, Arizona and it was getting very big very fast. We knew that we wanted to move to a smaller town. We thought, “How can we get there as quickly as possible?” I went online; I was looking at Zillow. I liked the fact that I could just go from room to room, take a few pictures, post it and that was it. I was contacted in two days; I sold my house in less than a week. I got to pick the closing date. I chose the 27th. Everything went very smoothly. People came in. We closed two weeks later and we were out. I…

    South House Goes Dogsledding

So this is the first morning of our trip. So far we have been hanging out in the lodge, getting to know everybody, doing a couple of activities to get the group going and meeting and meet and greets. It’s pretty exciting, we’re going to meet the dogs and we’re gonna get headed out. This is the lake that we’re mushing on. I think we’re standing on it right now, actually. Who needs dogs? We’re prepping the sleds to take the dogs out and go for our mush this morning over to camp. I’ve never done anything like this before, I can’t wait. So we just dog sledded out here…

Hiring Real Estate Agents Phone Screening Interview & Disc Assessment

So when we schedule the phone interview or really only determining if we’re willing to spend an hour with them at the next step, which is our in person interview. Hi and welcome to the next step in our hiring process about the phone screening interview. So we’re actually moving down our funnel now and we’re under the phone screening interview stage. And for this we’re going to use our phone screening interview worksheet to conduct these interviews. But before we jump into that, we need to understand who we are looking for here. We’re not just looking for experience and education, we’re also validating the behavior and there’s really…

♬ Music ♬ It is our first day of adventures with Southern Explorations and it is now a travel day. Today we are going hiking and kayaking in the Tierra del Fuego national park. Supposed to have like south Patagonia’s most iconic views. Just a little update recap, we are in Ushuaia the southernmost city in the world. We could basically swim to Antarctica. Our driver’s here to pick us up. ♬ Music ♬ We have picked up everyone from their hotel and we are driving through the mountains to the National Park and it’s already gotten so beautiful and we’ve learned so much from our tour guide Ana. She…

Phoenix Real Estate Market Analysis Tour

So today we’re in Phoenix, it’s about 105 but it’s only the morning time, so I think it’s going to get up to 108. I’m with Tom Briney who covers the West for Origin as well as Dave Welk who’s flown in from his Charlotte office, and obviously I came in from Chicago. Really excited about Phoenix; growing city net added 40, 50,000 people last year (metro area) Lots of new jobs, they’re laying new train line you can see here. They’ve set up a temporary memorial for 9/11 since it is 9/11 today, 17 years later. And so we’re near downtown, really close to the airport. You can see…
