Narrated real estate tour: 5160 Radcliffe Road, Sechelt, BC – Realtor Tony Browton

Hi, I’m Tony Browton with Re/Max City Realty
and I’m excited to show you my latest listing here in the Sechelt area. My phone number
is at the bottom of the screen so please call or text me with any questions about this property.
Enjoy the video and thanks for watching. In this video, we’re walking through 5160
Radcliffe Road in Selma Park which is part of the District of Sechelt. This 2,781-square-foot
family home boasts incredible views of the ocean as well as the mountains of Vancouver
Island. Inside you’ll find four-bedrooms and four-bathrooms.
Two separate master bedrooms suites mean this home would work well as a vacation rental
or it would lend itself to an owner that has frequent out-of-town visitors. The hub of the main floor is its modern, updated
kitchen. Here we find hardwood floors, stone countertops, and distressed cabinets. You’re walking distance to the Snodgrass beach
access and just down the road from the shops and restaurants of Davis Bay. Downtown Sechelt
is a short 10-minute drive from home. Let’s go inside and take a tour of 5160 Radcliffe
Road in Sechelt, BC. Starting from the front of the home, we see
a double attached garage as well as a huge concrete pad that provides ample parking. A wide hallway delivers us to the kitchen
and dining room beyond. Patio doors open to the yard and give us our first look at this
home’s incredible ocean views. Turning around, we get a better look at the
dining room before returning to the kitchen. We walk around the built-in breakfast bar
and see that a tile backsplash runs the entire length of the counter. An open floorplan allows
us to see into the living room from this side of the kitchen peninsula. Across the hall is this level’s large powder
room. We pass a linen closet on our right before
arriving in bedroom number one. There’s a vaulted ceiling with a skylight as well as
sliding doors that provide yard access. The living room is open and airy and has a
fireplace and some built-in shelving. Big windows look to the garden and allow us to
see Vancouver Island in the distance. Back at the entrance to the living room, we
take the stairs up to the second level. Bedroom number two has a big closet, vaulted
ceilings, and an amazing view of the Trail Islands as well as Vancouver Island. Across the hall is the first of two master
bedroom suites. Like the previous bedroom, there’s a fabulous ocean and island view. Passing the closet and turning left, we see
this suite’s dressing room and the walk-in closet. At the end of the hall is a four-piece
ensuite that has a jetted tub behind the door. We stop and peek at the walk-in closet before
making our way back through the master bedroom and into a hallway that leads to bathroom
number three. This three-piece has a large vanity with a
stone top as well as a walk-in shower with a glass door. A large window overlooks the home’s front
door and at the end of the hall is the second master bedroom. To our left is a closet as
well as access to a private balcony that looks towards Sechelt. Back inside, we discover that this suite has
its own fireplace as well as a five-piece ensuite which also includes a double vanity. Outside in the yard, we see that in addition
to the home’s semi-covered patio, there’s a pergola and a small gazebo. Features we didn’t see on the tour are the
large laundry and storage room which also provide access to the attached garage. There’s
also a greenhouse which is accessed via the yard or dining room. 5160 Radcliffe Road could be your dream home
on the Sunshine Coast. This one won’t last long so call your Realtor today to book your
in-person tour. So there you have it, guys. I hope you enjoyed
