User MJBS has replied to every single comment talking about how the landowner needs to do something. This guy is flat talking shit about the landowner and saying he's building a trash site in the woods?

I think we found the nosey cock sucker that lives adjacent and needs throat punched with a flag pole. I'd be happy with seeing you get throat punched even if you aren't the neighbor, why the fuck would you wish ill things on someone who struggled for so long and then BOUGHT HIS OWN LAND IN THE WOODS, NOT THE CITY, THE FUCKING WOODS, to do as HE sees fit, in this case it's to build a house, a homestead. Mind your nosey ass business and shut your mouth, Jesus Christ reading your comments damn near gave me a coronary at 29 years old from the trash you were talking on this guy.

Why would you spend so much money on land when you dont have a job you got 200,000 why do you need 11 acres this is why the poor stay poor

  • Pandi Bandit

Also your telling me that the county is forcing this man to do something on HIS OWN property I can understand hazards but it’s his property not the dumbass of a neighbor or the county’s

He should counter-sue. Failure to prosecute a known trespasser and malicious prosecution with evidence collected without a warrant. Beyond all that, I don't see how anyone could be expected to remove building equipment from their own property. I mean, where is it going to put it? In the house that he's in the process of trying to build?

Nothing like living in the most unchristian country in the world next to the Middle East…sure as fuck isn't a FREE AND DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.

  • CaMoTiMe

Keep building… Fuck em… When they come… Let em fall into booby traps and bullets… Fuck it.. Put some landmines too…

  • Brandon Garfias

Just the story as it should be only the rich can own anything because how dare a poor person think that without pledging their soul to Satan they can have a penny in this earth. Also he should clean it up and make it look like he is about his business.

NOW COME ON.. MOST PEOPLE LIVE UNDER CODE COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS. THIS GUY JUST NEEDS TO LEARN THEM AND COMPLY. About 40 years ago i bought a beautiful lot on a new lake in Texas. The crooked developer bragged .T hat because it was not in the city limits there where no restrictions. I could build what i wanted. It was wide open. Sounded good to me. So I built a nice small log cabin. Beautiful setting. Then the lots on my right sold to a man who brought in 2 burned out mobile homes he was going to rebuild once he got some money. leaky sewer pipes stunk up the air. The black charcoal windows was a major eye sore. The he brought wrecked cars he was going to rebuild. Then more junk was brought in for the several months. There was nothing I could do. NO CODE COMPLIANCE TO TURN TOO. Learn from others this guy needs to clean up his act.

Holy fuck this is shitty reporting. They’re “booting him off his property”? No, they’re fucking not. They’re just asking him to clean it up. Why can’t he just put the shit in a shed?

  • Cliff Thomas

Trespasser illegally enters his storage area, and he's the one in trouble?
Got stuff visible in your yard, that's a fine?

Cash grabbing courts need replaced by courts of justice.

  • just ASK

Just goes to show people. You don't own anything in the USA when your only renting the land from the government!! Deed or no deed you Don't own it out right!

  • Colten Beckett

Trespasses should stay off of other people's property, and quite going through stuff. And they need to change those stupid codes.

  • Jean Arkley

Why would he have to move his property off his own land and if the other landowners new about the things that means they've been trespassing.

  • Darwinsmom

How ridiculous is this? Some busybody gets his/her knickers in a twist and sets off tilting at windmills – some modern day Don Quixote. The complainant needs mental health support and the property owner deserves a reasonable time frame to build his home without municipal or county authorities' intervention. Like the old saying goes, you can't bake cake without breaking a few eggs. I have ZERO tolerance for people who interfere with anyone else's dream.

  • jeffrey robinson

I'll take odd's that if he walked onto his nigbours land he'd probably get shot for tresspassing Give the man a fair go

  • Cisco4kid1990

how could anybody complain when he has 11 acres meaning the only way someone could have seen his stuff is if they went on to his property and that's illegal for them to even do so

  • pierone666

WTF how can you not be disgusted with this story. Home of the free my ass and to think my father lost his legs for this country makes me sick

  • mountainfolks

Some a trespasser can complain about you. Have them arrested. Or better yet… shoot them and say they said they were going to kill you, so it was self defense. What makes MY property MINE, The Second amendment does. Try to take it.

  • john ward

You got carpet baggers in your Government doing the same thing that they did after the civil war, Come on your property and telling you how they think you should live on it. As long as your Taxes are payed they should stay off your land. Time to get your self a trappers permit and lay down some bear traps for the intruders.

  • Kymberly Jackson

That is such bull shit who really see his stuff on his land he was doing all the right things with power, water and sewers who are they to fuck with someone on there own land maybe he should build a fence 8 to 9 feet tall then no one can see his shit and leave him the fuck alone that's why people buy land so they can build there home and do what they want people need to mind there own businesses and worry about them self's

  • will

How is that "owning" your property? Seems like you pay an exorbitant sum to rent the land not own. Also why wasn't anyone charged with trespassing?

  • Stacy Pappas

you must understand, you can't allow homeless people to own property, you must, you MUST exert your society given authority to make sure you STAY above them, make sure you grease those rungs of the ladder one might use to pull oneself up…..

  • Orwellian Horseman of the Apocalypse

I want him to be able to do what he wants on his own property and have his neighbors leave hi the hell alone. But I'm surprised by the number of people who are obviously very conservative that aren't up in arms about how he's destroying the property value of the neighboring land owners by doing what he's doing. Seems like a consistent problem that the people who are trying to buy a little land out in the country, build an unconventional home and power it off of solar/wind, etc. are typically being blocked by other rural conservative homeowners, property owners, and government officials the majority of whom are also conservatives and/or republicans.

Wonder what happened to the poor guy.

  • ricky bobby

Trespassing and breaking and entering my work shop? Let's just say you wouldn't be alive to file a complaint.

  • dave carter

Walk around the county and take photos of all the places the county does the same thing, then demand that they clean up all their shit since they are so concerned.
If not they clearly are not really concerned.

  • Lee Gray

more of the same BS the asshat elitests do not want anyone else to get ahead , you either fit THEIR picture or look out !

  • Malakie Usn

As far as I am concerned, what a man works for, buys or inherits as his own, NO entity can tell them what they can or cannot do on that land. And these people that 'complain', you are a piece of shit for doing this kind of crap to someone. If you want to park a camper on your land and live in it, so be it. If you want to pitch a tent, so be it. I am sick and tired of government thinking it has the right when there is NO SUCH thing in the Constitution that states that.. It is counties and others making up their own rules that cause this.. nothing more.. People in power that want to control what others can and cannot do. Until more people start fighting back against this crap, it is only going to continue.

  • Pete Bruzgis

Does he own the land and his taxes are paid then it's his to do with as he see fit that land was not unsafe or unhealthy to live there leave him a lone

  • Sharon Trotter

What were they doing on his property at all. He wasn't on their property, so why is it okay for them to go onto his property and dig through his possessions.

  • Ron Alinen

It's his land the government should back off o but they want there cut of the money two nothing but crooks and democraps who steal money

  • Cody Scott

Also if it was me I would have removed every freaking Penny I have in my bank account because you know they're just waiting for the very first chance to freeze your account and take your money

  • Tina Creekmore

Eleven acres of land? That's a lot of land. Who the fuck would be that close to complain .Who ever complained needs to get a life. It's obvious that , that person has issues and is not happy with their own life. Talking about bitching and complaining. THEY NEED TO GET A LIFE AND START THINKING POSITIVE. STOP BEING A STICK IN THE MUD.. STOP THINKING NEGATIVE ABOUT EVERYTHING.

  • Tina Creekmore

The bottom line is that the city and, state and government what to shove their hands inside your pockets even if you don't have money. One day there will be a rebellion. Honest people struggling to do the right thing and constantly being kicked to the curb and belittled.

  • Tina Creekmore

There are people out there that use and abuse the system that are capable of working. LAZY WORTHLESS PIECES OF SHIT. And getting away with it. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ?
