find quality leads for your real estate business. [Music Plays] The best way to find new leads
is with your referral network. You want to make sure that you’re staying in
contact with people in your sphere of influence — because if you’re top of mind
for them if they need to buy or sell a home,
you’ll be the go-to agent. Or if they have people in their network who are
looking to buy or sell real estate, they’ll be that much more likely to
refer you as the agent. The next way to find leads is through paid advertising.
You can use formats like Zillow or Trulia, or you can get on social media
and use Facebook and Instagram to get in front of potential buyers and sellers.
This is a great way to get your message out and to bring people over to your
website. Alright, so we know one of the things that frustrates realtors is low
quality leads, and the thing we’re gonna do to avoid this and get high quality
leads will be to actually optimize our landing pages and the forms that the
customers are seeing. So what we want to do is make sure when we are driving
people from Facebook over to your website, that they land on a clean page
with concise sales copy that has a clear call-to-action on the end. We want the
form that they fill out on these pages to have a little bit more depth to them
than just name an email. We want to know: are you pre-approved? what exact
neighborhood are you looking to buy or selling? This information will help you
qualify prospects and help you identify where you should be spending your time,
and what leads you should be going after moving forward. Alright, those are some
