68 – Deleting Records Using RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software


This video shows how to delete records from
RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software. From the “Main” screen of RealtyJuggler, I’ll
click on the “Contacts” icon. This will take me to the Contacts database.
If I wanted to delete records from any of the other databases in RealtyJuggler, these
same instructions will also work. In my case, the records I want to delete are
in the “Contacts” database. I can see my list of Contacts.
If I just need to delete one record, I can click on a row, and use the “Delete Contact”
button at the top of the screen. To delete several records at once, I’ll click
on the “Select multiple rows” link near the top of the screen.
I’ll click “OK”, and now I can select the Contact records I want to delete by clicking
on the checkboxes next to my Contact names. I can select a range of records by holding
down the Shift key between clicks. I’ll select from the “Do Multiple” dropdown
menu and select the “Delete Selected Records” menu item.
RealtyJuggler will ask if I’m sure I want to delete records, and I’ll say “OK”. I can also delete my entire Contacts database.
To do that, I’ll click on that same “Select multiple rows” link.
Instead of checking off individual items, I’ll select the “DELETE ALL Records in Contact
Database” menu item. RealtyJuggler will ask if I’m sure I want
to delete all Contact records. I’ll click “OK”, and now my Contacts database
is completely empty. If I accidentally delete some records, I can
go to the “Main” screen, click on the “Settings” icon and then click on the “Undelete” icon. Instructions for how to undelete records are
available by clicking on the video tutorial listed at the bottom of the screen.
